We offer a 7–10 day return window from the date of delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item delivered

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Used or damaged by customer
  • Missing original packaging
  • Change of mind or personal preference

Return Process
Customers must contact us via email within the return period with proof (images/videos). Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or COD refund process.

  • If the issue is from our side → return cost covered by us

Otherwise → customer may bear shipping charges
